At Conduct AI, we're tackling one of the biggest hidden problems in the software world: the complexity of ERP codebases. Our team of ex-Palantir engineers is building a generational company that's using Generative AI to untangle this complexity and enable companies to move faster than ever before.
We're already working with 2 of Europe's largest enterprises, and demand is so high we have had to put a number of multi-billion dollar companies on a waitlist. With potential 6-7 figure ACVs, we're sprinting toward hypergrowth.
Join our team of world-class engineersWe're looking for talented and driven Static Analysis Engineers who want to tackle ambitious problems. Our ideal candidate:
- Demonstrates strong fundamentals in static analysis techniques
- Has experience building static analysis systems from the ground up
- Is obsessive about user impact, shipping and pivoting on direct feedback
- Feels ownership not just in the implementation but also the product direction
- Experience with full-stack engineering, graph DBs, or LLMs is a bonus
- Is tech stack agnostic, preferring to use the best tool to solve a problem

We're offering a highly competitive salary (GBP 80-140k annually depending on experience) and a substantial equity package under the tax-efficient EMI scheme.
