Data Solutions Architect - Digital Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Architect to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our digital infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Purview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Purview.
  • Develop data integration, data warehouses, data streaming, and database solutions.
  • Ensure data lake access security and operating model.
  • Implement data compliance, data governance, data security, ethics, and data sharing considerations.
  • Model data using entity relationship modeling, enterprise data models, dimensional modeling, and integration data modeling.
  • Design reporting and analytics using PowerBI and Microsoft Synapse.
  • Implement DevOps/DataOps methods to automate and control data pipelines and processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with cloud-based Microsoft Fabric and Purview solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data warehouses, data streaming, and database solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-specialists and write clear technical reports.
