Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for guiding Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants

Key Collaborators: Ward Manager, Senior Nursing Staff, Fellow Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Patients, Medical Consultants

A distinguished private healthcare facility in London is seeking a Registered General Nurse to enhance their exceptional team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To maintain high standards of patient care consistently
  • To protect the welfare and interests of all patients, staff, and visitors
  • To support senior management in hospital operations

Qualifications / Skills & Knowledge / Attributes:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience in a private healthcare setting is preferred
  • Proven experience in mentoring peers and Healthcare Assistants
  • Must be enthusiastic, dedicated, a team player, adaptable, physically capable of fulfilling the role, and sensitive to patient needs
