We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our senior management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our financial strategy, as well as providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform decision-making
- Oversee the production and consolidation of financial information at both individual site and Group level
- Manage the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning systems
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory standards
- Professionally qualified (e.g. Chartered Accountant) with significant experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with non-financial colleagues to identify and introduce relevant reports and processes
- Computer literate, with experience of financial planning and analysis software
