Salary Range: £43,000 - £45,500 per annum based on experience

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver electrical maintenance services in a commercial setting, ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Quickly respond to breakdowns and execute reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Carry out minor installation work, including projects related to power supply, lighting, and distribution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, ensuring prompt repairs.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report findings accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective maintenance operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fully qualified with an NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation.
  • Hold an AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) certificate.
  • Current knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A valid UK driver's license is required due to travel between sites.
