We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy Service Department at a main dealership in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a main dealership, with a brilliant basic salary and bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Carry out all work efficiently, adhering to manufacturer's scheduled times.
- Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe from hazards.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years' experience after qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Driving License.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work.
