Job Title: Registered Mental Nurse

Hourglass Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Nurse to join our team in the Adult Mental Health Team (AMHT) at Chiltern East AMHT. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients across all areas of the Adult Mental Health Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently as part of a team to diagnose, assess, plan, and implement patient-specific programs of care/interventions, contributing to continuous patient assessment.
  • Undertake complex assessments using professional-specific clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Function effectively across various environments, including wards, departments, and patients' homes, adapting to changing and demanding conditions.
  • Utilize a comprehensive range of verbal and non-verbal communication tools to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
Benefits:
  • NHS capped rates - Band 6.
  • Day rate: £26.50.
