As a seasoned professional in the commercial facilities management sector, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of contracts, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to budget.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts and projects, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years minimum experience in a facilities management role, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Qualifications: City & Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and a good broad knowledge of building maintenance, including Electrical and Mechanical tasks.
