Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage health and safety policies and procedures on the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff and contractors on health and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records and reports.
- Liaise with external bodies and regulatory authorities as required.
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3/4/5 in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Proven experience in a senior health and safety role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Experience working with main contractors is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
