Your Role: HGV Class 2 Driver with HIAB Crane Operation

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of building materials to customers within the surrounding area. Your primary responsibility will involve operating a Class 2 HGV vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane to safely and efficiently deliver goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct multi-drop deliveries of building materials to customer sites using a Class 2 HGV vehicle with a HIAB crane.
  • Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods, adhering to all relevant safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs.
  • Assist with yard/warehouse duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team effort.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (C) driving licence.
  • HIAB certification with proven experience operating a HIAB crane.
  • Digital tachograph card and up-to-date CPC training.
  • Knowledge of the building industry and building products is highly advantageous.
