Job Summary:
ZipRecruiter is seeking a dedicated Site Based Project Manager to lead a dynamic mixed development project. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse construction project, including a research facility, offices, laboratories, a café, and reception areas, along with associated drainage, internal, and external works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality work within the project timeline.
- Manage all phases of the construction process, from the initial groundwork to the final touches.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing mixed development projects, with a keen eye for detail in both internal and external aspects.
- Availability to be site-based from Monday to Friday for the duration of the project.
- CSCS Card Qualified ideally.
- SMSTS & First Aid (Preferable not essential).
