Full Stack.NET Application Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack.NET Developer to join our team at a leading Mortgage broker in West Malling.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with C# and MS SQL Server, as well as excellent working knowledge of the Agile Development framework.

This is a permanent opportunity, office based, offering a salary of £45,000-£60,000, with a yearly salary review and bonus scheme. Supported training is also provided to support your professional growth within the business.

Please note that all candidates must have the full rights to work in the UK, as sponsorship will not be offered.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company's business-critical origination system and develop new industry-leading applications.
  • Ensure technology supports the business in maintaining its reputation for fast and flexible software delivery.
  • Define and communicate project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to the SMT, team managers, and end users.
  • Establish and maintain regular face-to-face and written updates to the Management Team, team managers, and end users regarding pertinent technology activities.
  • Maintain and improve the performance and security of existing software.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with C# and MS SQL Server.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Agile development framework.
  • A strong understanding of the IT development life cycle.
  • Experience of working on or managing large, successful projects.
  • Experience of communicating with senior management and the executive (in person and in writing).
  • Degree or industry qualifications.
  • Data - Microsoft TSQL skills, including Stored Procs, required.
  • Programming - C#, MVC, WCF, Classic ASP, Javascript, CSS, HTML5, EF, Azure DevOps.
What We Offer

You will be working for a leading Mortgage broker on a salary of £45,000-£60,000 on a permanent basis. Supported training will also be provided to help with your professional growth within the company, as well as a yearly salary review and a bonus scheme.
