About the Role:

  • Develop and implement production plans, ensuring the efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
  • Collaborate with management to address production issues, quality control concerns, and implement process improvements.
  • Facilitate contract review meetings, discussing new production methods and cost reduction strategies to increase company profits.
  • Prepare and complete production paperwork in line with ISO 9001 quality procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to production planning and general operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detail production equipment, raw materials, and labor needs for production.
  • Work with management to address production issues and quality control concerns.
  • Facilitate contract review meetings and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and complete production paperwork.
  • Perform other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong production planning and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management and production teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
