Job Title: Clinical Science Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to provide scientific and clinical development support for products within our assigned therapy area. As a Clinical Science Specialist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management within Clinical Development, ensuring the successful execution of medical clinical strategies for our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of medical clinical strategies for our products, including protocol development, amendments, and CRF design.
  • Provide input and review of SDV plans, database conventions, edit checks, data displays, and case report form summaries.
  • Establish glossaries and participate in the management of studies, providing training and science input to operation colleagues and study site staff.
  • Support feasibility activities with operational colleagues and participate in the ongoing review of study data, including reconciliation across databases and query generation.
  • Contribute to the writing of final study reports and participate in NDA documentation and preparation of materials for use in presentation.
  • Assist in providing responses to regulatory authorities and ethics committees, and conduct scientific literature research in support of existing or new indications for our assigned products.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in science and/or PhD.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or biotech industry, ideally in a relevant disease area.
  • Experience in designing and conducting large Phase II or Phase III clinical trials.
