About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our team at SC4 Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of engineering products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and execute tests to ensure the quality of engineering products.
  • Report on the progress of projects on a weekly basis, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders, including product managers and engineering teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience working with AC electrical motors.
  • Knowledge of control circuits and PLCs, as well as acoustic and vibration measurement and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with test automation tools and methodologies.
