Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Corrugated Cutting Specialist to join our team at 1st Choice Rec. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Corrugated Cut & Crease Machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Corrugated Cut & Crease Machines to ensure optimal production levels and quality.
  • Perform make-readies to ensure machines are running at maximum efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with machine operation and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating Corrugated Cut & Crease Machines, preferably with Eterna 1620/1650 and Bobst machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of working to high standards of accuracy and quality.
