Managing Partner, Public Sector

Gartner Consulting is seeking a highly talented Strategy Consulting professional to join our world-class team helping the Public Sector. As a Managing Partner, you will provide technology foresight and market intelligence to senior Government leaders, enabling data-driven decision making, innovation, and IT cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise senior Government leaders on IT strategy and technology transformation
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the CEO, CDO, CFO, CIO, and senior IT executives
  • Provide expertise on CIO Advisory Services and IT Strategy, Digital and Technology Transformation, Cloud Optimization and Cloud Strategy, Applications Modernization, Sourcing and Contract Optimization, and Advanced Analytics and AI
  • Lead IT strategy engagements and contribute to sales pursuits and proposal writing
Requirements:
  • Consulting experience from a management consulting firm
  • MBA qualification desirable
  • Excellent understanding of the Public Sector, particularly with regards to the Northern Ireland and/or Scottish governments
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: CIO Advisory Services and IT Strategy, Digital and Technology Transformation, Cloud Optimization and Cloud Strategy, Applications Modernization, Sourcing and Contract Optimization, Advanced Analytics and AI
  • Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
