Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at GBN Associates Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound booking schedules and communicate volumes with relevant sites
  • Organize collections with suitable hauliers, including temperature-controlled when required
  • Coordinate logistics operations in line with distribution schedules
  • Process each site's relevant logistics paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely fashion
  • Ensure customs paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner
  • Process goods transactions on our internal system
  • Work closely with the settlement team on the flagging and resolving of issues
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of warehouse operations
  • Previous experience in stock processing preferred
  • Knowledge of customs processes preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Wine industry knowledge or interest
