Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Prime Appointments. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily tasks and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Customer Retention: Focus on customer engagement strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining existing clients.
  • Order Processing: Manage and process orders for current clients efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a call centre and customer service role and/or account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
