Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Leader to oversee and guide a skilled team of engineers dedicated to enhancing automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Operations Leader, your primary duties will include:

  • Leading a proficient team of engineers focused on various automated systems, including but not limited to automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyor systems, and automated cranes.
  • Monitoring site performance and ensuring compliance with customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the implementation of the install Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within an engineering environment.
  • A background in electrical or mechanical engineering, supported by a recognized qualification or apprenticeship.
  • Familiarity with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), CMMS systems, and effective shift scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the capability to generate and present reports to stakeholders.
