About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus Driver Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Bus Driver Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to learners, helping them to achieve their goals and become professional Bus Drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch training experiences to learners, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience in bus driving and training.
  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve all aspects of their apprenticeship, including end-point assessment.
  • Lead group training sessions, both remotely and face-to-face, using a range of teaching methods to suit individual learner preferences.
  • Collaborate with employers and team members to ensure that learners receive the best possible training and support.
Requirements
  • Significant bus driving experience, with a valid CPC and PCV license.
  • Experience delivering training and mentoring, including practical bus driver training, classroom training, and CPC training.
  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (desirable, but not essential).
  • ICT literacy and the ability to prepare curriculums and teaching materials.
