Maths Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Maths Teacher to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Thetford. As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students at KS3 & KS4 level, sharing your love for Maths and helping them reach their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Maths to KS3 & KS4 students, delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Plan and prepare lessons, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning
  • Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Contribute to the overall development of the Maths department, working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Support students to achieve their academic goals, providing individualized support and guidance
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT
  • Experience teaching Maths at KS3 & KS4 level
  • Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners, with excellent communication and organisational skills
