Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Cardiac Physiologist to join our Transformation Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the provision of high-quality cardiac physiology services and contributing to the development of our department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of cardiac physiologists in the provision of advanced physiological tests and reports.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cardiac services.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Clinical Physiology, Cardiac Physiology).
  • Registration as a Clinical Scientist with the Institute of Biomedical Science.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior cardiac physiology role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
