We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Health Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to patients with acute and long-term conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and evidence-based guidelines
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Adult Health Nursing Studies
  • Experience of caring for patients with acute and long-term conditions
  • Working towards non-IV and IV medication administration, including administration of blood products
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use vital signs monitoring equipment
