  • Manage and resolve quality issues identified by manufacturing and production areas, ensuring timely progression of suspect components.
  • Effectively establish and communicate problem scenarios to relevant internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and business units.
  • Review internal quality systems and processes to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Manage third-party sorting actions onsite efficiently and transition containment activities to suppliers promptly.
  • Follow and complete internal escalation processes for addressing problems and supplier issues.
  • Ensure clear communication of quality-related topics to relevant personnel and business units, including the development of suitable containment, corrections, and rectifications.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing quality knowledge and processes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
