Job Summary

Dr. David Jack Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Aesthetician to join our team in London. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, maintaining the highest quality of treatments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough skin consultations, providing detailed treatment and skincare recommendations to clients.
  • Manage patients' skin care journeys, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a holistic and comprehensive experience.
  • Deliver high-quality treatments, maintaining consistently excellent service standards.
  • Provide a warm welcome to patients, ensuring confidentiality and respect at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to clinic procedures and data protection requirements.
  • Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring treatment rooms and reception areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Drive sales of products and services, maximizing sales and performance statistics for the clinic.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to promote and publicize the clinic's services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, participating in training programs for continual professional development.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification NVQ level 4 or 5 Laser Skin Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic setting or spa industry.
  • Industry knowledge and a solid understanding of clinical procedures and standards.
  • Excellent customer service experience in a luxury setting.
  • Passion for the aesthetics industry and skincare.
  • Excellent conversion and sales skills.
  • Ability to analyze and develop opportunities for improvement in day-to-day processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and previous use of CRM booking systems.
