Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead our Guidewire Claim Centre upgrade initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the Value Stream Testing Strategy, Plan, and RAID for all VS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the quality of our Guidewire Claim Centre upgrade.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design and implement effective testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in testing and test management.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong London Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
