We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our team at Staffline Group. As an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for supplying temporary workers to our clients' successful warehousing operation in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain effective relationships with workers and key clients, attending planning and forecasting meetings to fill requirements and highlight any challenges proactively.
- Use our feedback system to review all worker and client comments, acting on feedback to identify ways of continuously improving processes.
- Work closely with the client to deliver quick turnaround of candidates.
- Actively seek commercial opportunities within your local area to grow your current client base and develop opportunities for the future.
- Manage compliance requirements, ensuring your site is compliant against policies such as Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), National Minimum Wage (NMW) and Right to Work.
- Build candidate pipelines for future temporary requirements.
- Interview and induct potential job candidates.
- Understand local labour markets and recruitment trends, analysing competitor data.
- Able to undertake welfare, capability, and disciplinary meetings.
- Collect and maintain attendance records for payroll and disciplinary requirements.
- Provide service to employees who need assistance.
- Administer the payroll.
- Undertake performance reviews and work closely with Operational teams.
- Recruitment experience in a fast-paced (ideally on-site) environment.
- Leadership skills and ability to demonstrate these qualities on a consistent basis.
- Professional approach and ability to hold conversations at the most senior level.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Comfortable working with and presenting data to stakeholders.
- Eye for detail and ability to provide examples of problem-solving.
- Tenacious attitude towards delivering an excellent service.
