About the Position

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Material Management Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize workflows, as well as manage the flow of materials throughout production processes to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

Your Contributions

  • Provide support across all operational sectors concerning packaging inquiries.
  • Assess requirements and take prompt actions as necessary.
  • Minimize downtime on production lines.
  • Assist in addressing customer issues effectively.
  • Identify and resolve root causes through effective countermeasures.
  • Maintain corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Ensure that all pertinent information for each project is accurately recorded in the order management system to facilitate timely shipments.
  • Develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures and Quality protocols to deliver a "Right First Time" product to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-required quality processes.
  • Promote a zero-tolerance approach to deviations from quality standards to exceed customer expectations.
  • Release packing orders promptly to align with workforce availability and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Attention to detail and capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Ability to maintain focus amidst frequent interruptions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administrative proficiency.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • High school diploma; further education is advantageous.
  • Experience in order management processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of operational systems and enterprise resource planning software.
  • Experience collaborating with management, staff, and hourly employees.
  • Experience in customer interactions.
