ERP Project Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead their SAP and Oracle implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget management.
  2. Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
  4. Change Management: Manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
  5. Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, data security standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, with a successful track record in SAP and Oracle implementations.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems, with a focus on SAP and Oracle modules.
  4. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  5. Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure, with experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
