Typical Shifts: Monday - Sunday 20:30-08:00, including weekends

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants who are committed to improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team to provide exceptional care.

The service operates a well-established home that supports five individuals with autism and learning disabilities. The warm and welcoming environment is complemented by a dedicated team that consistently delivers outstanding support. Many of our staff have been with us for an extended period, providing stability for those in our care.

As a Night Care Assistant, your role will involve enhancing the lives of the individuals we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care, and conducting regular checks throughout the night. You will also be responsible for light domestic tasks during your downtime.

We value both experience and the right mindset in our Care Assistants. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and composed. Experience in following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, as well as working with individuals with autism, is essential.
