Job Description

Myinternalrecruiter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for Accounts Payable initiatives, including process re-engineering, system implementations, and data migration.
  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
  3. Project Management and Control: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Methodology and Tool Implementation: Implement and maintain robust project management methodologies and tools.
  5. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Extensive years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
  2. Project Management: Proven project management experience, including successful delivery of complex projects.
  3. Accounts Payable Knowledge: Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  4. Methodology and Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  5. ERP and Automation Experience: Experience with ERP systems and Accounts Payable automation tools is a plus.

This is a day rate position between £300-£350 per day.
