Job Title: AML/KYC Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AML/KYC Analyst to join our Client Assessment Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing client risk assessments, completing AML/KYC checks, and providing recommendations to client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review client risk assessments and complete AML/KYC checks in accordance with KPMG's policies and procedures.
  • Apply judgment and assess current and prospective clients against KPMG's criteria for assessing clients and risk appetite.
  • Develop awareness and familiarity of KPMG's compliance policies and systems that support the CRA procedures.
  • Liaise with client-facing teams in relation to information gathered.

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience working in a CDD/AML role.
  • Excellent written communication skills, ability to document answers to CRA questions in clear, concise, and business language.
  • Working knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and associated industry guidance and how they apply to KPMG.
  • Ability to conduct research using AML systems/databases as part of KYC and client due diligence.
