Job Advert:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to support our client's manufacturing operations in Greater Manchester. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of switchgear and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wiring and Assembly: Conducting wiring and switchboard assembly, utilizing hand tools, electric tools, and associated equipment within the workshop.
  • Component Assembly: Selecting, cutting, and laying wires, connecting them to sockets, plugs, or terminals through crimping, soldering, brazing, or bolting.
  • Sub-Assembly Work: Assembling parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools and methods such as brazing, riveting, or welding.
