About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract administration, contract change, and contract delivery within the Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, or Construction sectors. You will be responsible for managing contract administration, overseeing contract changes and variations, and delivering and monitoring contract performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Contract Changes and Variations: Oversee accurate documentation and implementation.
  • Contract Performance: Deliver and monitor projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Forecasting and Cost Reporting: Provide accurate forecasting and cost reporting to support project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective dialogue throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in NEC contracts.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience working in the Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, or Construction industries.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
