Position: Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative position offers a blend of a secure salary and an unlimited commission structure. Generally, Field Sales Representatives earn between £30k – £40k OTE in their initial year, with top achievers exceeding £60k OTE.

Key responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative:

• Transforming warm leads into sales via a direct sales methodology.
• Generating your own sales leads: cold canvassing in commercial and residential areas.
• Establishing a network of long-term relationships with clients and acquiring referrals from existing customers.

In this adaptable Field Sales Representative role, you will be converting leads from our call center into sales. Your main focus will be canvassing potential clients at their locations, introducing them to Verisure, showcasing our award-winning offerings, and conducting a security assessment to tailor a system that fulfills their security requirements. You will also be responsible for generating new sales.

While prior sales experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided. Essential qualifications include a professional and customer-oriented demeanor, a passion for sales, and effective communication skills. Additionally, you must possess a full manual driving license and access to a vehicle during the initial months.
