Job Description for Pipefitter at KineticPlc

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team at KineticPlc. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of pipe spools to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Fabrication and Installation: Carry out the fabrication and installation of pipe spools to meet the highest standards of quality.
  2. Pipe Installation: Install small and large bore pipe spools using various materials, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  3. Work Environment: Work in the Pipe shop and on the ship, adapting to different environments and conditions.
  4. Manufacturing Processes: Follow established manufacturing processes, instructions, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  5. Maintenance and Repair: Use grinders, drilling machines, and band saws to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
  6. Welding Experience: Possess prior experience in MMA or TIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding principles and techniques.
  7. Industrial Pipework Installation: Have a background in industrial pipework installation, with knowledge of pipe materials, sizes, and configurations.
  8. Confined Spaces and Height: Be comfortable working in confined spaces and at height, with the ability to adapt to challenging environments.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of pipe fabrication and installation, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
