We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hexegic, a leading consultancy specializing in Cyber, Risk, and Intelligence. This role involves working on security-focused systems and leading the migration from our current architecture to a Red Hat OpenShift Platform setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain system High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Lead and execute the Red Hat OpenShift Platform workload migration project, collaborating with other engineering departments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Participate in project workshops and contribute to project planning and execution, driving innovation and excellence in system delivery.
  • Oversee and manage system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Ensure system security is maintained and continuously improved, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Linux engineering and system administration, with a strong background in Linux networking.
  • Experience with Rocky, CentOS, and Red Hat Linux distributions, as well as automation and configuration management tools such as Packer, Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
  • Proven experience with the Red Hat OpenShift Platform, with a strong track record of successful migrations and system deployments.
  • Experience with VMWare vSphere, with a solid understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.
