We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at Three UK. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and improving our search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical SEO: Conduct thorough technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, improve Core Web Vitals, and resolve canonical issues, cannibalisation, and redirect chains.
  2. Content Production: Collaborate with our in-house agency to create high-quality, customer-centric content through keyword research and gap analysis, ensuring alignment with customer journeys.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Adobe Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to extract actionable insights and inform data-driven decisions.
  4. Reporting: Produce accurate and timely reports for stakeholders, collecting data from various sources and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Project Delivery: Lead small-scale or medium-scale projects, working within established program management plans and delivering results-driven outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Extensive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
