- Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new home sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of success and achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate sales and manage the sales process effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
