Candidate Requirements:

Training Details: The Academy includes a fully funded training course at our headquarters, which consists of:

  • Welcome and induction sessions

You will shadow an experienced technician in the field to gain practical insights into the role. Following this, you will undergo a structured training program, which includes:

  • Phase 1 training lasting approximately three weeks.
  • Field experience for six weeks to apply your skills.
  • Phase 2 training for an additional two weeks.

Support Offered: Throughout your journey, you will receive:

  • Comprehensive technical and operational support.
  • Administrative assistance for the duration of your contract.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £29,500, depending on location.
