Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sale and purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on residential property matters.

Requirements:

• Experience handling a caseload of residential property matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commercially astute and target-driven.
