Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide quantity surveying services to our clients, including measuring and estimating quantities of materials and labor required for construction projects.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a good understanding of construction industry standards and practices.
