About the Role:
The Education Network Birmingham is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with Primary Schools to provide teaching and learning staff, building long-term relationships with both schools and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and place teaching and learning staff with Primary Schools
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and candidates
- Manage a busy desk, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to schools and candidates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the education sector and current trends
