Space Planning Manager

At Zachary Daniels, we are seeking a highly skilled Space Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic space plans that drive sales and enhance the customer experience across all retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed planograms to optimize product placement and visibility, ensuring alignment with overall merchandising goals.
- Take ownership of store layouts to maximize space efficiency and enhance product accessibility, while reflecting the brand's ethos and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of space strategies at all locations, including stores and concessions.
- Analyze space productivity metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in space planning or a related field, within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of planograms and retail layout design.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
