As we expand our services, we are in search of a proficient Mechanical Systems Technician with a solid foundation in plumbing and heating, particularly in responsive maintenance, to become a vital part of our dedicated team.
In the role of Mechanical Systems Technician with a plumbing/heating focus in responsive maintenance, your responsibilities will include executing timely and effective repairs and maintenance on plumbing and heating systems within our clients' facilities.
- Conduct repairs, replacements, and adjustments on plumbing and heating apparatus, including pipes, valves, boilers, pumps, radiators, and associated components.
- Work collaboratively with fellow engineers and technicians to synchronize maintenance efforts and ensure the prompt completion of tasks.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all maintenance activities, including repairs executed, parts utilized, and time invested, for precise record-keeping and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience as a Mechanical Systems Technician with a plumbing/heating focus, particularly in responsive maintenance, ideally within a facilities management or comparable setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of plumbing and heating systems, encompassing components, functions, troubleshooting methods, and repair protocols.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical experience in the repair and upkeep of plumbing and heating equipment.
- Capability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adhere to tight deadlines in a dynamic responsive maintenance environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail and precision in executing repairs and documenting maintenance activities.
