Manucomm Recruitment Ltd is collaborating with a forward-thinking manufacturer specializing in products for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), particularly in the Food and Beverage sector. We are currently in search of a Quality Assurance Technician to enhance our Quality Control team for a temporary engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control testing on all incoming materials and manage the release of samples sent to the laboratory.
  • Organize and facilitate the daily taste evaluation panel.
  • Perform product assessments, including moisture content analysis and GCMS testing (training will be provided as necessary).
  • Assist the Production Team by addressing inquiries and managing documentation.
  • Contribute to specific projects within the organization.
  • Ensure proper storage and cataloging of all factory retained samples.
  • Collect microbiological swabs and water samples.
  • Prepare samples for external laboratory analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records and data within the company's IT systems.
  • Calibrate and maintain quality control testing instruments.
  • Conduct audits within the manufacturing facility.
  • Adhere to all hygiene, environmental, and health and safety protocols established by the company.

Required Skills:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Proficient computer skills with a willingness to undertake administrative duties.
