Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Mortgage & Insurance Advisers, including organizing and arranging customer enquiries and managing existing client relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with general office work, including data entry and filing.
- Work under FCA guidelines to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Reliable and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to the role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial services and regulations.
