Required SkillsThe Property Services Team engages in various trades, and the ideal candidate should be proficient in several of the following areas:
- Multi-trade repairs
- Flooring installation
- Fencing construction
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
The role involves a standard working week of 37 hours (Monday to Friday), with the possibility of overtime to accommodate specific demands. Candidates should be prepared for regular work in challenging conditions.
Technical Skills: Basic IT skills are necessary for this position, although in-house training will be provided.
Tools and Licensing: Applicants must provide their own basic tools, and a full valid UK driving license is required.
