We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with their rental needs in both in-person and telephone interactions
- Complete tasks such as opening and closing rental agreements, locating fleet from other branches, and building rapport with all our customers
- Prepare vehicles for rental and deliver and collect vehicles to customers at other branches
- Conduct daily fleet and vehicle checks
As a Rental Agent with Thrifty Car and Van Rental, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in customer service, sales, and vehicle rental.
